Molybdenum

Molybdenum is a cofactor for four metalloenzymes: xanthine dehydrogenase, aldehyde oxidase, xanthine oxidase, and sulfide oxidase. These metalloenzymes function in many different reactions in the human body. Soybeans and pasta are some food sources of molybdenum. To prevent deficiency a good dose for molybdenum is 200mcg/daily.
