MGN-3™

This is a polysaccharide composed of the hemicellose-beta extract of rice bran, modified by enzymes from Shiitake mushrooms. It is a fairly novel compound that has been proven to stimulate NK (natural killer) cell activity. NK cells play a key role in identifying and attacking any foreign cells in the body. They are considered the body's first line of defense against pathogens and mutations. Further research certainly needs to be done on this compound but it does hold some potential.
