Creatine Phosphate

This form of creatine contains 623 mg of “free” creatine in every gram. (only 62%) None of the scientific studies have used creatine phosphate as a dietary source of creatine, as it has NEVER been shown to have an ergogenic or anabolic effect when taken orally. (Two studies with an injectable version have shown an ergogenic effect). The real version is very expensive.
