Supplement Reviews

Creatine Citrate

It contains about 400-500 mg of “free” creatine per gram. (only 40-50%) Unpublished studies show that there is no advantage of taking creatine citrate over monohydrate. In fact, it was necessary to supply subjects with much more creatine citrate than creatine monohydrate in order to attain the same level of muscle creatine saturation (They had to supply twice as much). It is not very palatable and tastes
bad. (It is also mre expensive)
